That’s why we’re bringing back the DEI Coalition, a dedicated program as part of TNW Conference 2025 that puts the European Diversity, Equity, and Innovation (DEI) agenda front and center.

This year, the DEI Coalition will focus on what is working in Europe, how we can navigate evolving challenges, and how we can translate discussions into action. While some regions are pulling back on DEI, Europe can and must move forward - driving innovation, business success, and inclusive growth.
